1. All Sales are FINAL. No Refunds or exchanges.

2. A TWO week grace period for the organization to purchase additional fund raiser card for the same fundraising event.

How To Redeem

1. Present your Fundraiser card at the register before ordering.

2. Offer applies to in-store purchases ONLY
    

Offer Limitations

1. Minimum sale of 50 Fundraiser Cards- all 50 MAY NOT be used at the same time (Limit of FIVE (5) cards per visit)
    

Lost or Stolen Cards

1. Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
    

Fundraiser - Specific Notes

1. Proceeds from each card sold benefit (Organization Name)

2. Cards may only be sold by approved representatives of the fundraiser.
    

Management Rights

1. Front Street Subs reserves the right to refuse service or cancel this program at any time without notice.

2. No use of Fundraiser cards for the purchase of any catering.
