Fundraiser Card Rules & Regulations:
They are $8 per card ($12.97 Value)
This fundraiser is for the raising of money for an organization not for an individual use.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
- All Sales are FINAL. No Refunds or exchanges.
- A TWO week grace period for the organization to purchase additional fund raiser card for the same fundraising event.
Expiration Date - No Expiration
How To Redeem
- Present your Fundraiser card at the register before ordering.
- Offer applies to in-store purchases ONLY
Offer Limitations
- Minimum sale of 50 Fundraiser Cards- all 50 MAY NOT be used at the same time (Limit of FIVE (5) cards per visit)
Lost or Stolen Cards
- Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
Fundraiser - Specific Notes
- Proceeds from each card sold benefit (Organization Name)
- Cards may only be sold by approved representatives of the fundraiser.
Management Rights
- Front Street Subs reserves the right to refuse service or cancel this program at any time without notice.
- No use of Fundraiser cards for the purchase of any catering.
This facility bakes bread daily and runs short or out of bread occasionally.
